Rob Morrow is the licensed real estate broker in Louisiana and president of Walsh Land Brokers, LLC. Rob has over 34 years of experience in the forestry profession. He began his career with Boise Cascade with responsibilities in forest operations, long range planning and development, and paper mill manufacturing and production. He later joined Resource Management Service Inc. where he worked in business development and nationwide acquisitions. Rob was responsible for coordinating evaluation of timberland investments, developing prospectuses for investors, and the closing process. He developed a wide range of contacts and relationships with major landowners, REITs and TIMOs, as well as financial and legal experts in timberland acquisitions. Rob came to Walsh Timber Company, LLC in 2003, and led client relations with TIMOs and timber investment clients. Rob graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas with a B.S. degree in Forest Management and Business, and holds a MBA degree with emphasis in finance from Northwestern State University in Louisiana. Rob is a member of Louisiana Forestry Association, Northwest Louisiana Association of Realtors, Louisiana Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Realtors Land Institute.
Wes Kilpatrick is the licensed real estate broker in Texas with Walsh Land Brokers, LLC. He also has over 9 years of timber procurement, production, and timberland land sales experience throughout the East Texas area. Wes earned a B.S. degree in Forest Management from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas. Wes is a member of the Texas Forestry Association, Nacogdoches County Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and Realtors Land Institute.
Paul Goodwin is the Broker of Record in our Ridgeland, Mississippi office and has over 10 years of experience as a real estate broker. Paul is a native of Starkville in northeast Mississippi and his background includes experience in purchasing, selling and marketing of forestry, recreational, farmland, and other real estate investment opportunities. Paul attended Mississippi State University. He is an institute affiliate member of The Mississippi Commercial Board of Realtors. Paul is also a member of the Mississippi Chapter of the Realtor Land Institute. He has serve in various offices for the chapter and is a Past President of the chapter. Paul was voted by his peers in the chapter to receive the prestigious "Land Realtor of the Year" award from the state both 2003 and 2005. Paul is also an active candidate for the prestigious ALC designation from the Realtor Land Institute. Paul is a graduate of the Realtor Institute. Other professional activities Paul enjoys include membership and participation in the following groups: National Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors, Mississippi Forestry Association, and several county forestry associations. An extensive knowledge of rural land and land use practices throughout Mississippi gives Paul a unique insight into the needs of both sellers and buyers.
